Entering Personal Car Mileage in Android with SAP Concur

Entering Personal Car Mileage - Android  The Personal Car Mileage expense allows you to be reimbursed for business use of your personal vehicle. Note that this does not include your normal commute to and from work. For the Car Mileage expense, you simply enter the distance you drove and the system automatically calculates your reimbursement amount. You can add your mileage expense to a new expense report or to an existing report. In the following example, you will see how to add your personal mileage expense to an existing expense report. To begin, from the SAP Concur home screen, press Expense...and then for this example, select the Sales Meeting expense report. On the Report screen, from the Expenses tab, press the + symbol... and then press the New Expense icon. On the Expense Types screen, press the Search icon... and then start typing Personal Car Mileage. Under the Transportation section, press Personal Car Mileage. On the New Expense screen, enter your information in the required fields, (indicated with an asterisk), such as your Transaction Date and Purpose of the Trip. Enter information in the optional fields, as designated by your company. After you enter the appropriate information, press the Distance field, and then enter the miles that you traveled. Note that the Amount is automatically calculated based on the miles you entered in the Distance field. Press Save. The Personal Car Mileage expense is added to your expense report. Press Submit when you are ready to submit your report for approval.
