Exploring Joule and CX AI Toolkit in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

Hi! In this video, you will learn how the CX AI toolkit helps sales representatives in their day-to-day task. In this scenario, there is a sales representative named Mike Summers pursuing an opportunity. Let’s take a look to see how Joule can help him with his sales tasks. Mike logs into the system as a sales representative, he wants to work on the opportunity named “Upsale Multi Eco 33i” for “Cbont Industries”. Looks like there is an upcoming appointment with the customer’s contact person Joe. Mike opens Joule, utilizes  the Intelligent Q&A feature. He types in a query about Cbont's current challenges and the ways in which Multi Eco 33i can help to address them. When he clicks on Ask AI, the GenAI capability brings up the relevant challenges of Cbont Industries and summarizes how Multi Eco 33i will help address them. It shows the source of the data being fetched. It also allows copy of the data.  The intelligent system also suggests Actions based on email interactions such as Copy,  Schedule, View Answer, Dismiss. Now Mike wants to see a  summary of the Opportunity. He goes to the ‘AI Tools’ tab and selects ‘Summarize a Sales Opportunity’.  He selects Account as ‘Cbont Industries’,  selects the right Opportunity  and clicks on ‘Generate’.  A comprehensive summary is provided, which includes information about the opportunity status, key events such as the date of opportunity creation, the contact person, and the date of the last interaction with the opportunity, among other details. Next, Mike wants to see the account summary. He clicks on ‘Create an Account Summary’, where he selects the Account as ‘Cbont Industries’ and clicks on ‘Generate’.  A summary is provided that includes information such as the contact person,  the date of the last interaction,   the number of open Leads and Opportunities, among other details.  Mike can also invoke Joule while  working inside Microsoft Outlook. Previously Mike had sent an email to Joe regarding Multi Eco 33i and has now received a response.  He then initiates Joule in the side panel, which suggests relevant actions based on the content of the email.  Looks like there is a case mentioned in the email for issues with the current pump.  Mike can take a look at  the summary to know more.  He can further enhance his sales tasks by using the Joule add-on directly within Outlook, leveraging GenAI capabilities  to get quick information.
