Exploring SAP Joule Agent Use Cases - Sales and Customer Experience

I'll show you a demo that offers a Customer Experience use case. SAP Customer Experience includes solutions such as SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud. In the SAP Sales Cloud app, I can log in as a sales rep or a sales manager, and then I can look through the leads and opportunities assigned to me or those I'm working on and take actions using the intelligence of the Sales and Service Agents built into the SAP Sales and SAP Service Cloud apps. So for this, I'll open an application in the Customer Experience Solution area. There are multiple built-in AI features available and many tools I can use, so I'll open one of the applications. I'm logged in as a sales rep and can manage multiple opportunities. As a sales rep, I must enter details about the opportunities I'm working on, or if I'm new to one, I need to review what's been accomplished. I may also analyze sales activities, use guided selling, or view the buying center to see who's involved in this opportunity. In this example, I'm new to this opportunity and not really sure where to begin. Some of the agents built into the SAP Sales and SAP Service Cloud apps are there to help you begin learning about your opportunities. So for this use case, I'll begin by asking questions. Can you give me a summary of this opportunity using a summarizing agent? I can see which sources it used. It located some sources from the current opportunity. It's sharing an opportunity with CB Bond industry that is currently open. It was created recently, and this opportunity offers me a chance to upsell a Multi-EC OC3. I'm excited since I am a new sales rep who doesn't know about this product. With the Agent's help, I can avoid hours of digging through PDFs about these products or what these pumps do. Luckily, the Quandah Agent can pull information from all the relevant sources. Let's learn which sources it located for me. The agent chose sources from a document and from some other existing sources. I think it has located a PDF and also an email where this upsell opportunity is mentioned. I believe there was some conversation that might have happened. The Agent is also gathering information from an existing sales or service ticket that had a performance issue related to this opportunity. So I can instantly see all of these details which otherwise would have taken me hours to collect and organize to learn what's happening with this opportunity, what this product actually does, why this upsell is so important, and what this product specifically does for this customer. I can connect the dots in just seconds by using this intelligent question and answer agent. In this case, the contextually embedded agents will give you related actions. As an example, here's an email exchange with Seaborn Industries. It's suggesting some smart actions that, as a sales rep, I should take. It says there are ongoing issues with the pump, so I'll click answer to learn about this issue. And the Agent gives me information about the pump's challenges. Not only can I guide myself and call on the agent's help, but I can also get smart actions proactively suggested for me. With Agents, you are not simply reacting to this application, but receiving proactive suggestions from the built-in agents. In summary, these features boost the productivity of sales and service teams because they eliminate the need to spend hours locating which opportunity they're working on or trying to remember exactly what happened in a specific case. Sales can rely on these agents to proactively help understand what's going on, connect the dots, and suggest smart actions to move things forward and successfully close the deal.
