Exploring SAP Support Offerings

Do you know that you can get non-technical assistance 24x7, 365 days a year from SAP? Here's how. Let me introduce you to our Customer Interaction Center also known as CIC. CIC is your central point of contact for any non-technical matters about support cases, support portal, SAP for Me, S-user, Universal ID and more. You will find our Customer Interaction Center on the support portal page. To access the portal, go to support.sap.com. Select the Contact Us button on the right side of the page, then click on Non-Product Related Assistance. You will arrive on the Customer Interaction Center page. You can contact us by telephone, chat or email. Let's dive deeper into how CIC can best support you. At our first stop, CIC can assist with case creation, updates or escalations on existing cases. For the case escalation, we will ask you some business impact information for a better understanding about how the issue is affecting the business and then we will notify the technical team to further support you. Besides case management, CIC can also guide you through  SAP for Me portal resources. If you have questions about S-user, S-user Authorizations, Universal ID, Software Download, and License Keys, CIC will guide you on user management, link your accounts to your Universal ID, locate your software downloads, and request license keys. At our next stop, you can explore upcoming live sessions with our support webcast, open to all SAP customers and partners. Our CIC experts will cover important topics related to support resources, self-service tools. And you can also ask your questions live. Simply click on a topic of your interest and register for the next live session. Can't make it to any if the time's available, don't worry, you can easily access recordings of previous sessions here at your convenience. In addition to a non-technical support from CIC, you can also seek technical assistance and SAP for Me. You can start an Expert Chat, Schedule an Expert, or open a support case if you want to submit a technical query or report an issue. At our last stop, we have additional resources to help you access your product information. Join our community, submit your contractual queries, and provide your feedback on the SAP Support Portal. So now, you know how to make the most of our support offerings. Visit our Customer Interaction Center page on the SAP Support Portal and contact us with your questions. Feel free to select any sections you want to rewatch through the navigation bar up top. Thank you for watching.
