Exploring Survey Translations in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

Numerous businesses operate globally and must effectively manage surveys in multiple languages to cater to diverse markets. To translate a survey, go to the Translations tab. Select the language to which you want to translate the survey. You can see all the questions and the other sections here. Select a question and enter the translation. If there's no translation added for a question, there's an automatic fallback to the language in which the survey was created. Use filters to view questions based on their type or progress. You can also preview the question and reset it. Once you're done, save and exit the translation workspace. Here, you can get an overview of the translation's progress. Use the search to find any questions, or use the status filters to find questions in a specific status. If you don't require the tronstation anymore, you can delete it.
