Exploring the Dashboard in SAP Sales Cloud V2

Let's take a look at a salesperson's dashboard, and also the customer's 360 degree view, our customer insights view.   Directly here at my dashboard I have all the most important KPIs and I can click on them, filter down the data, and directly jump also to the data from here. Here on the left hand side I have my quick links where I can easily just create an opportunity from the dashboard and then here I see all the upcoming appointments of the day, including my team's meetings, and with just one click, I can open them.  Here, I see all the different details, like some notes for the colleagues I can see who is involved here, and if I'm wondering who this customer is, with one click, I can just open the customer insights view. Here, I first see some highlights of the customer, like how many leads are open, really just some highlights of all. But what is very crucial is I see the timeline. So I really know what happened with this customer before which opportunities are ongoing, or which email had been sent to him. And even better, I can even take a look at the content and get a quick idea who told what to this customer just recently. I could also even answer directly from here. But now if you want to take a deeper look into this customer, we can open the full view. Before we do that, let's add them as a favorite, because that's one of our important customers. So now here are some more controls, and here we also find the notifications. Like every time something is happening in the system, we get here a system notification, but also push notification on our phone. Now let's go back to the favorites, where we just marked this customer here of ours. Here we find CBont Industries, one of our customer accounts. And you can see here all the key metrics of this particular account. And we can see both sales and service data here.  Now, besides that, we also have ERP data in here. That's why we call it a real customer insights view here. I have sales quotes, invoices, credit limit usage, and contracts. And if I click on the data, I also get data from ERP directly within here. And just with one click, I can open up the PDF, which is the original PDF coming from S/4HANA or your ECC system.  So really, data is very close, and I get a true 360 degree view, customer insight view here of the customer. For sure, I see also contacts, account teams, and everything around the customer here. Now going back to the dashboard, we have for sure more content here, like you can place learning content here at the bottom, and any kind of thing that you want.  Now there's lots of the search and that's really powerful.  I am opening up the search entering cbont, I find any data in the system that has CBont in it, from quotes, to leads, to appointments, to cases, really everything. And I have a lot of options to filter, and to really detail down this filtering, and that's really powerful to have this one field search that searches entire system within milliseconds.  Furthermore, here at the left-hand side, I have the control where I can also jump directly to certain work centers here, where I can dive more into the data.  I hope you enjoyed as much as I did this new entry point for the SAP Sales Cloud.
