Exploring the SAP Concur homepage. The SAP Concur homepage provides quick access to the tools and information that you need to book a trip, manage your expenses, and automate your invoice management. You may notice enhanced navigation options and dynamic updates creating a more intuitive experience. Let's explore the SAP Concur homepage options and features. The convenient call to action cards along the top of the screen initiates a quick and easy way to create a request, an expense report, a cash advance, or an invoice. Select the profile icon to access your profile settings, where you can customize your user profile. You can also sign out of SAP Concur, contact support, and act as another user. Additional options and information will be available here depending on your company's configuration. Select the menu on the top left to expand side navigation options, or hover over each icon on the left panel. Here you can access available SAP Concur products, applications, and administration tools. The menu options will vary depending on the products your company purchased and the permissions assigned to your profile. The Alerts section will notify you of available apps and services, actions required, as well as information needed in your profile or to complete a trip, expense report, invoice, or request. Company Notes keeps you up to date on news, announcements, guidelines or information specific to your company in an enhanced organized format. Use the Trip Search, also known as the Travel Wizard, to book travel. You can reserve flights, hotels and rental cars. Select from any combination of travel options, filters and specifications to accommodate your travel needs. Please note, the Travel Wizard will only appear if your company uses Concur Travel. Scroll down to view any trips, expense reports, approvals, requests, and invoices upcoming, pending, or requiring your action. Please note, this section will vary depending on your company's configuration.
