Exploring the Mobile Application in SAP Sales Cloud V2

Let's take a look how mobile sales looks with our SAP Sales Cloud version 2. As a sales rep, I get notifications, like usually, on my phone. With one click and Face ID, I'm logged in already to my SAP Sales Cloud native application.  Here I see my daily appointments,  all my opportunities, and for sure, I can also see any kind of real-time analytics, like my tasks here. I can filter those and jump into the details. But we want to look at our notifications. Let's go and open the new lead that I got assigned to us.  Here we can see the lead. We can see all the major details and the tasks to contact the customer. Let's take first a quick look at the note. Ah, the customer needs more details. We can also listen to it and the system will read to us.  Before we contact one of our contacts, let's check out the account. We can see the timeline with all activities that happened. We can see the insights with the most important information and for sure we can see the key metrics where we can see all the major data. So here, we have all the insights we need to get a good understanding of the customer and this includes ERP information, service information, and sales-everything at one place. For sure, also we have access to all the contacts here Let's go back to our lead. Here we say that the people we would like to call We call Jens here, and when he picks up the phone there will be automatically a phone call logged. So, let's talk to him and see how we can help him. Apparently he was very interested in our products and  we want to have a further discussion. So we just quickly log what we talked with him here, make a quick summary, and say that the phone call was really successful. So in our summary we note that he would like to have another teams meeting with us, so that we can share some more details also with his extended team. We are going to do that. We use voice-to-text here to input all the fields which is very easy and just comes with the device. This phone call for sure appears with all the other activities also in our timeline, But now let's go back to our overview here where we have the tasks for this lead, and let's quickly complete our contact the customer. Just one swipe and one click and the activity is gone. Now the system suggests us more activities here. First, let's accept the lead now here to progress into the next stage, because i think we have a valid lead here. And then there more recommendations here, like creating a deal proposal, and here we just take the team's meeting box, save it, and the team meeting is created, sent to the customer, and that's it. That's all synced also with Outlook, with our calendar, everything in one place Let's take this lead qualification survey now here, where we can just answer some simple questions. And it's very flexible to design such a survey and this can for sure also be reported on. This give us a very nice way to structure deals, and to really individualize the information that is collected. Now in our opinion, we have everything together now here and why not now convert it to an opportunity, because we see really a major deal here. We just fill in the expected value which gives us a little bit more tangible information for a pipeline. And then also select what categories is about in this case for product sales. And with that we're all done, we can save, and we have converted a lead to an opportunity and worked throughout the major stages of a lead qualification here. Now let's take a quick look back at the application. What else do we have here - I mean, besides the starting point here with our dashboard. We for sure have a global search. And if I search here, Cbont, which is one part of the account name, I will filter all the activities I will find here. I see opportunities, quotes, tasks, everything around this customer, and it's super fast. So when I go further, what I really like to show here is the task manager because here I see all my tasks in one place. And I can easily filter them by the ones that are due today maybe. I can just with a swipe again, cancel them, set them in process, or work on them. And in this case we also complete two tasks, and cancel one. And it's just really like ticking check boxes. So it's really goes easy hand, super fast, and it's really a very nice way to work business activity management here. And this was the SAP Sales Cloud application that is built natively on your device, built on our cloud native new application. And is super fast, super swift, and really has a great usability. I really love it.
