Exploring the SAP Concur Home Page

The SAP Concur homepage provides quick access to the tools and information that you need to manage your travel reservations, expenses, invoices and requests. Please be aware that the options available to you will vary based on the access and permissions that have been granted to you by your company, so your view may be different from your colleagues' view and may differ from what is shown in this video. Looking for fast access to information? Use the buttons at the top of the screen to quickly view and act on tasks such as creating new items and working with your existing in-progress items. "Work to zero" by selecting each item to complete tasks until zero items remain. Select your initials to access your Profile Settings where you can view and update your user profile with your relevant information. You can also act as a delegate or proxy for other users and sign out of SAP Concur from here. Select the Home menu to access the available applications and administration tools based on your profile and permissions. Review important information in the Alerts and Company Notes areas to ensure that high -priority items are addressed quickly and stay up to date as you use the SAP Concur tools. The tiles at the bottom of the screen present more details about the items you are working on and may give you the opportunity to create new items using the plus symbol. If your company uses Concur Travel, the left side of the screen provides the tools that you need to book flights, rental cars, hotels, and trains. Need further guidance or more information about SAP Concur?
