Exporting Reports in Expense Processor in SAP Concur

During this video, you will see how to use the expense processor feature to export expense report header information to an Excel file from the processor. Select Run Query to display a list of reports that you want to export. Select the list of expense reports you wish to display on Excel spreadsheet. Select Send to Excel link. An Excel file opens and the exported data is displayed. Click X to close the window. This concludes the training video. Thank you for watching.
