Filling Out Internal Forms in Modular Questionnaire Projects in SAP Ariba Supplier Management

In this video, you'll watch business user Steve Jones fill out internal forms in modular questionnaire projects. Hi, I'm Steve. I'll demonstrate three ways to access an internal form in a modular questionnaire. You'll choose a method based on the questionnaire's setup and how it's being used. If the form is associated with an active To Do task and you're a task owner, use the following method. In the Questionnaires detail area of the supplier profile, select the Task tab. Then, act on the task to open the task details page. Here, I can edit the form, then choose Cancel to discard my responses, or Mark Complete to submit them and complete the task. I'll choose Mark Complete. I'll choose Done to return to the supplier profile. The task is now complete. If the internal form isn't associated with an active To Do task, or if it is, but you're not the task owner, use the following method. In the Questionnaires detail area of the supplier profile, select the Questionnaire tab. Next, view the questionnaire project that includes the form. In the Questionnaires table, view the internal form. Then, choose Edit. On this page, I can edit the form and then submit, save, or cancel my responses. I'll choose Submit. My responses have been submitted. If the modular questionnaire project is included in a process project, you can also access internal forms from the Processes detail area of the supplier profile. First, I'll view the process details. Then, I'll view the modular questionnaire project by choosing its name on the process details page. On this page, I'll take action on my assigned To Do task from the Tasks table. I can edit the form on this page, then choose Cancel to discard my responses, or Mark Complete to submit them and complete the task. After marking the task complete, I'll return to the questionnaire details page. The task is now complete. You've now learned how to fill out internal forms in modular questionnaire projects.
