Generating Follow-up Tasks from Surveys in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

This video shows you how to define conditions in your survey to set up automatic creation of tasks once the survey is submitted. Let's say you've designed a list of questions for sales reps to audit the various parameters of the store. Based on a condition you've defined, if the condition is met, tasks are generated automatically to be pursued by the sales rep. Once you have created your survey, go to the follow up tab and add follow up. Select task as the follow up action and define the attributes for the task. Choose custom rules to define rules or pick rules from the exceptions tab. Here, we want to create a condition that whenever an incorrect aisle for promotional material is chosen, an automatic task gets created. Activate the survey. While answering the survey, a sales rep enters the data regarding the placement of promotional material. Since it is kept on the incorrect aisle, a task is automatically created with the name Shelf Rearrangement. In the survey summary, you can see the follow-up task with all the fields prefilled. Also, you can see this survey in the related items tab of the task which was generated.
