Getting Started with SAP Joule for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition

Welcome! Let's learn about SAP Joule for SAP S4 Hanaclab Private Edition. You are going to learn how to get started with Joule and what you can do with Joule in SAP S4 Hanaclab Private Edition. You will get key tips and useful resources for your next steps. To start with Juul, find the diamond icon in the SAP Fiori Launchpad or SAP Mobile Start. Click the icon then ask your question to Juul. You can use natural language to talk to Juul. SAP S4 HANA Cloud Private Edition offers three Juul use cases, tell me how, show me where, and do this task. Let's explore them. With the informational Tell Me How You's case, you get expert SAP advice from the SAP Help Portal. Your administrator can add company sources using SAP AI document grounding. Jenny needs help with her apps. She clicks the Juul icon and asks, how do I configure the workflow for sales order approvals? Jewel gives clear steps from the SAP Help Portal and shares a link to the app documentation. After reviewing the app documentation, Jenny gives feedback to Jewel by clicking the like icon. Jenny wants to use the App Manage Sales Orders version 2. She asks Jewel if she can add a custom field to it. Jewel says yes, you can add custom fields to the app. Juul provides the link to the app extensibility documentation that explains how this can be done. Let's explore how the Show Me Where Navigational Use Case works. Use Juul to find the right SAP app for your work. As usual, you need to be authorized to use an app. Your team can create skills with Juul Studio to help you find custom-built apps. Jenny wants to extend a sales contract. She asks Jewel, I'd like to find the app where I can extend contract validity. Jewel suggests the Manage Sales Contracts app. Jenny can open and use that app. Depending on the task, Jewel may suggest several apps. The third use case is Do This Task For Me, also known as the Transactional Use Case. With this use case, Jewel automates tasks for you. Check the Joule Capabilities Guide on the SAP Help Portal for which tasks are available for your SAP S4 HANA release. You can add AI agents to expand Joule tasks. Find SAP-created agents in the SAP Business AI Catalog. Your team can also create custom agents with SAP Joule Studio. Jenny is busy. She asks Joule, what can you do with sales orders? To quickly learn what tasks are available, Jewel lists prompts for tasks like Manage, Show, Create, and Import Sales Orders. Great! She wants to create a sales order by referencing an existing sales order. She tells Jewel to create a new sales order. Jewel responds by asking for details of the sales order type and the reference order to create the sales order. Jenny inputs the standard order type OR and gives the sales order number 977 as the reference order. Jewel reflects the details Jenny has entered and asks Jenny to confirm creation, decline, or start over. Jenny confirms Jewel can go ahead and create the order. Jewel creates a new sales order for Jenny, gives her the order number, and a link to view the new sales order. Jenny saved time and can update the new sales order whenever she's ready. Here are a few more tips for using Juul effectively. Use like or dislike icons to rate Juul responses and give feedback comments. The feedback is sent directly to SAP. Report connection issues to SAP support by raising a SAP incident using component CA Juul. Remember, SAP Business AI, like Juul, is designed to be relevant, reliable, and responsible. Avoid asking Juul inappropriate questions. Ask questions about using SAP for business. Juul will politely decline questions about competitors or their products. Don't ask Juul to make fake images or logos. These requests will be turned down. Respect privacy Don't ask for personal data. Check SAP's AI ethics policy for guidance on acceptable usage of SAP Business AI. You can ask Juul questions in plain language. Juul can help you by providing instructions, finding apps, and doing tasks. You can add more features using SAP Business AI and SAP Joule Studio. Use Joule responsibly.
