How to Access Dynatrace - SAP Commerce Cloud

Hello, my name is William. In this video, I'm going to demonstrate how to access Dynatrace. Dynatrace is a full stack application monitoring tool that enables you to observe, track, and manage the performance of your SAP commerce cloud environments. Dynatrace collects data on Java Virtual machines, operating systems, and database metrics, external request information on business side metrics and on client side end user actions and performance. The Dynatrace licence is included with your SAP Commerce Cloud subscription. You don't have to worry about purchasing or deploying it. Nostrace agents are installed as part of the environment provisioning process, so there's no initial set up involved either. Here's how to access your Dinostrace subscription using SAP Commerce in the public cloud, log into the cloud portal using any role, then open the Commerce Cloud Environment that you want to monitor. At the bottom of the environment overview in the monitoring section, the number of currently open problems is displayed in this example, There are no problems right now, click on the arrow icon to open your dinotray subscription. Once you've been authenticated, the dinotrayce homepage opens to provide you with more detail in functionality. You can also open dinotrays at any time using the address. This option works for SAP Commerce Cloud, on both SAP infrastructure and in the public cloud, though there are some prerequisites to accessing dinotrays in this way.
