Importing Vendor Access Mapping In SAP Concur

You use Vendor Manager to import vendor access mapping to specify which of your company groups have access to certain vendors. Select the Invoice menu. Select Vendor Manager. Select Import Vendor Access Mapping. Review the user guide in the SAP Help Portal for more information on how to complete the template fields. This process mirrors the Importing Vendors feature. All vendors are assigned to the global group by default. Select Download Template. The Vendor Code is required and is used to identify this specific vendor. It is the code the system of record for the Vendor Master List uses to identify a vendor. The Level 1 code field is where you can specify the group access for this vendor. Complete the appropriate fields. When you have completed the appropriate fields, you will save the file and close the Excel window. Once you browse for, select, and import the Excel template, the Vendor Access Mapping Import History displays the results. For additional information on this process, refer to the Invoice Vendor Employee Access User Guide in the SAP Help Portal menu. This concludes the video. Thank you for watching.
