Importing Vendors in SAP Concur

You use Vendor Manager tool to manage the list of approved vendors within the invoice system. For this example, you will see how to import a list of approved vendors using an Excel template. Select the Invoice menu. Select Vendor Manager. Select Import Vendors. You use an Excel template to upload new vendors. Review the user guide in the SAP Help Portal to see how to complete the template fields. Select Download Template. Complete the required fields (marked in red). Refer to the User Guide for questions on specific fields. When you have completed the necessary fields, you will save the file and close the Excel window. Browse for, select and import the Excel template. The Import Summary displays the results of the import. Select Close. To view the newly imported vendors, select Manage Vendors.  Select the User Requested Vendors drop down arrow. Select Approved Vendors. The newly imported vendor is automatically approved and displays in the vendors list.  This concludes the video.
