Introducing Attendee Administrator in SAP Concur

Attendee Administrator  As an Administrator, you use the Attendee Admin feature to view and manage all attendees in the SAP Concur system. In the following example, you will see how to make changes to attendee records, such as correcting spelling and activating or inactivating attendee records. To begin, from the SAP Concur home screen, select the Home menu... and then under Administration, select Tools. To access the Attendee Admin feature, you must be assigned a role in the Permissions Administration area. The role can be assigned in both full and read-only versions. On the Tools screen, select Attendee Admin. On the Attendee Admin screen, you can search for attendee records using the Search or Advanced Search tab. On the Search tab, you can search by... a combination of External ID, Last Name, First Name, Attendee Title, Company, and Attendee Type. You can limit your search to just those attendees that are Active or Inactive or you can broaden the search by searching for both statuses. Select the Advanced Search tab. From the Advanced Search tab, you can search for attendee by Attendee Type, First and Last Name, Attendee Title, Company, Status, and by the user the attendee was Created By. For this example, select the Status drop down menu, and then select Active and Inactive. Enter the name of the user that created the attendee record. Select Search. Select the attendee you want to modify, and then select Modify. In this example, you will see how to update the attendee name. Enter the First Name. After you are done modifying the attendee information, select Save. You can also change the attendee activation status from this area. Select the attendee and then select Activate or Inactivate to update the attendee Status.
