Introducing Case Summary in SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Want to get quick insights from your customer cases? SAP's case summaries provide a powerful overview. Let's see how to find them. After logging in, go to the cases and find the case you want to analyze. When click the Open in Detail view icon it looks like a little square with an arrow. Now, you're in the case details. Select the General tab. If the summary has not yet been generated, click Generate Summary button to see an overview of the case interactions. Here, you'll see an overall summary. A summary of your agent and the customer's interactions. You can also click Show Translation to see the text in your preferred language settings. That is all about case summary in SAP Service Cloud version 2.
