Introducing Change Log for Campaigns in SAP Marketing Cloud

Hello. In this video, we'll discuss the new Change Log tab in the campaigns app. This feature is especially useful for business or auditing purposes. Let's take a look at what it can do. First of all, in order to utilize this feature, go to the Manage Your Solution app and activate Change Log for Business Objects. In the Configure Your Solution app. When viewing the change log, you will notice an itemized list containing information such as what's, who, and when regarding specific changes. You have the option to customize the time frame for which you want to see the changes. Changes are only recorded for a set of campaign attributes, for instance the status. If you're using approval workflow, it gives visibility, for example, about whom approved a campaign. In addition to campaign status, the attributes like campaign name, description, start and end date, and media types are recorded in the change log for campaigns. To see the full list of the attributes recorded in the change log. Visit the SAP help portal. Thank you for watching.
