Introducing Digital Selling Space in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

Let's take a look at the Digital Selling Workspace, which is a place where you find all your work in one single place. So let's navigate to the digital selling workspace, where you can find at the top all your most important KPIs, like your most urgent tasks, your appointments, and also some KPIs like your lead conversion rate and your win rate. So at the right hand side, we see some appointments, appointments of the day. I can also directly take a look at the details there and here at the left hand side I can see my call lists where are the customers that I should call for example for a campaign, a cold calling campaign or like an after sales campaign and it's really easy because we have the CTI integration here so we can just create a call here and the CTI will immediately call with the telephone integration the customer and while we talk we can fill out for example such a lead qualification survey where we just asked most important questions and this is very flexible dynamic so based on what I click here other questions can appear and this can guide me through call and if the call was successful or in general I can put a note here to summarize what is discussed with the customer and then this call will be locked and it's also accessible for my colleagues from the content so everybody will really know what's happening with the customer and what was discussed lately. This is really a nice work list here to work through a list of customer calls on a day and keep a track of it. So if we now reduce again the telephone in here, we can now directly also send an email here to the customer and select the template, which allows us to send very quickly exactly the right information that a customer is needing in that moment and after a call. With that, let's just complete now this call list item and I can see nicely also the status here that I have completed 25% of my calling list here. So I really have a nice transparency what I still need to do in this task here. Then furthermore, for sure I also see all my leads here currently filtered by the ones that I use this week together with the most important tasks that are next to do. So the next best action for each lead and opportunity is visible on one view here. And for sure I could also directly, for example, having here a phone call, directly call the customer or make a quick appointment with this quick links here. So I always get really the information and the things that it actually should do. Let's imagine this task I have done, then also this disappears. And if I want to take a look at the details of this opportunity here, then I can always open it up. And for example, check out the timeline, what happened lastly with this customer around this opportunity, if I want to start continuing working on it. Furthermore, for sure, I also have the general tasks here, so I really have one nice view for all my tasks and I can really nicely group them by, for example, here's the overview tasks and here's one task I should check a contract. And that's easily done because everything is reachable with one click. So I go to Cbond and I go to our customer insights view here and just go to the right. And thankfully, I have also ERP contracts available here that I can just open up with one click here, which is directly opening up the Fiori in this case from the contract from my S4 HANA system. So from the ERP and I could easily just check it out and make sure when the dates are and maybe open up a new opportunity for future contract. With that, let's complete this task here. And you see, really completing tasks is more like doing checklists. I also get exactly the right actions. I can email like a phone call respective to the type of the different tasks here. I can easily change the status here. So it's really like managing a to-do list. It's really simple. I see my future plan tasks. And also here, I have a lot of filter options to just with a few clicks, really filter my tasks and find the right ones. Here I have a default view for the urgent ones. I see the ones with very high priority. Now imagine a task comes up and I want to keep hold of it. I can just go quickly to the plus sign here and enter my description like I want to prepare a final presentation, select my account. In this case it's Denken Chemicals here. And then I also can quickly assign like a related item, for example an opportunity. In this case it's a construction of a large plant. That's one of our current opportunities exactly only the ones that are relevant for this customer or so. And then I want to make it urgent here because I really need to do this soon. And when I click the Create Task here, it's already here and I have it listed in my to-do list. It's super simple, super fast and I really like this digital selling workspace here because you really have all the information in one place and you really have the entire work desk here. And it makes it super simple to navigate between my different tasks as a salesperson and to keep really track of everything.
