Introducing Email Draft Recommender in SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Use Email Draft Recommender from generative AI to draft email replies or interactions for cases, currently supported in English, German, Spanish, and French. Here's how to utilize it. To view the Email Draft Recommendation, select the menu button from the top left and select the Cases tab from the drop-down option. Select the case you want to work on and open it in detailed view by clicking on the box with an arrow icon. Then select the email icon. Select the email drafter by clicking on the lightbulb icon located at the bottom. Select a prompt from available prompts. Then, select the style, tone, and length from email text preferences by adjusting the sliders to your desired values. Then, select Generate Draft button. The recommended email draft appears in the Draft section. Finally, click the Apply button to copy the draft content to the email editor. Draft is generated by generative AI using the application context data. You must verify thoroughly before using it in response email. If you want to change the text, style, tone, or purpose, then you must make the changes and click Generate Draft and apply. That's it for Email Draft Recommender. Thanks for watching!
