Introducing Machine Translation in SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Start by going to the Cases work list. Then, select the case you want to work on. From here, navigate to the emails section and select the email you need to be translated. Once you're viewing the email, look for the Show Translation button and click it. Click it. And there you have it! The machine-translated text will now appear directly below the original text in your email.
