Introducing Profanity Check in SAP Service Cloud Version 2

We've all been there, a tense moment where you want to vent. But what if your inbox could help you maintain professionalism? Introducing profanity check. Profanity check is your digital safety net. It instantly flags potentially offensive language, giving you a chance to reconsider before you click Send. Let me show you how profanity check works. Select the menu button from the top left and the Cases tab to access the e mails and select the Cases tab from the dropdown option. Select the case you want to work on and open it in detailed view by clicking on the box with an arrow icon. Open an e mail and click the reply icon and draft a reply with profane language. Once detected by the system, it opens a pop up with the profane text. Here's a sample message you may see. You may then rephrase your response without using profanity to resolve the error message. That is all about profanity check. Thanks for watching.
