Introducing SAC Integration in SAP Sales Cloud

SAP Cloud for Customer offers multiple integration scenarios with SAP Analytics Cloud. Today, we'll focus on embedded integration. In this video, we'll show you the live connection between SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP Analytics Cloud, and how to use the powerful visualizations and analytical features that Analytics Cloud provides when embedded in the Cloud for Customer solution. We've added the new Design Stories Work Center view where administrators create and manage stories. Your users can view these stories in the Stories Work Center. Open Design Stories to view the Stories list. When you open a story, you'll see multiple charts and visualizations. For example, this story shows team sales performance. You can see team member performance and revenue trend. Additional charts like Top 5 Opportunities and Performance by Account are also available. Filter values for an employee to view their revenue numbers over a period of time. Linked analysis shows changed data in the dependent charts based on connected dimensions. Let's view Bob Menson's revenue trend. You see that the revenue for a certain month is dropping towards zero, but that doesn't seem right because you know that Bob has been working on an opportunity. So you open the opportunity in the Opportunities Work Center. You realize that the expected value is incorrectly set to 0, change this value, and then save. When you come back to the story, you notice that the real-time integration has instantly updated your revenue number. This shows the real value of the live connection, where data changes are reflected immediately. Now let's look at Explorer View, which lets you drill down into a story, filter the results based on Dimensions, and add new Dimensions to your story. You can view Bob's actual revenue numbers and compare it with others. You can also check Bob's other accounts and analyze his performance across accounts. And finally, you can select from multiple visualizations for analysis.
