Introducing SAP Commerce Cloud, Cloud ERP Edition – PET 2026

Welcome to our product expert training, introducing Commerce Cloud, Cloud ERP edition. First, a small disclaimer. The information in this presentation is confidential and proprietary to SAP and may not be disclosed without the permission of SAP. My name is Lukas Tim and I'm head of product growth for Commerce Cloud, Cloud ERP edition. This video is part of the lead to cash end-to-end process. Let me start with a simple observation. Most growing B2B companies today live in two worlds that don't naturally connect on one side they run their business on sap cloud erp managing orders pricing invoices customers and financials on the other side their customers expect the digital experience that's fast always available and self-service what's often missing is a clean simple way to bring these two together without complexity heavy integration projects or long timelines that's exactly where sap Commerce Cloud, Cloud ERP edition is designed to do. At its core, this edition delivers modern digital commerce and self -service capabilities that are purpose -built for the SAP Business Suite with AI and Agenda capabilities embedded from the start. It's not commerce bolted onto ERP, it's commerce engineered to work seamlessly with it. The first big value is the 24-7 self-service portal. Think about the most common questions B2B customers ask every day. Where is my order? what did I buy last time? Can I download that invoice again? What's the status of my contract? With this addition, customers get one secure place where they can answer those questions themselves anytime on any device. They can see orders, invoices, contracts, pricing contacts, and account information without waiting on emails or opening support tickets that immediately reduces routine inquiries, lowers costs to serve, and gives sales and service teams more time to higher -value activities. Just as importantly, it keeps customers engaged. When routine interactions become easy and available around the clock, they turn into repeat visits and repeat business. The second major pillar, and this is a real differentiator, is the suite-first SAP managed connectivity to SAP Cloud ERP. Traditional commerce projects often spend huge amount of time and money stitching systems together, custom middleware, custom mappings, long integration phases, and ongoing maintenance risk. This addition takes a very different approach. The connectivity to SAP Cloud ERP is pre-provisioned and SAP managed by design. Core data like sales areas, products, pricing, and transactions are aligned so commerce and ERP stay in sync. For customers, this means three very tangible benefits. Faster time to market, because there's far less integration work to plan and build, lower project risks, because SAP owns the foundational connectivity, and more reliable data, because storefront and operations are always aligned. In short, less overhead, more business impact. The third pillar is embedded AI, designed to work and show up in everyday work, not as a science project. On the user side, AI and Juul helps teamwork here more efficiently across their daily tasks. On the buyer side, AI powers smarter experiences, especially through intelligent search and recommendations. Customers find the right products faster and businesses can continuously improve discovery and conversion. Search itself is delivered as a managed SaaS service, which means customers always benefit from improvements without managing infrastructure upgrades or downtime. AI is here about productivity, relevance, and scale built in from day one. The fourth and final idea is growth without added complexity. We're also introducing agentic AI capabilities that chip out of the box. MCP servers allow your products to be discoverable through leading AI platforms to reach all of your customers. We're also setting the foundation for SAP's autonomous enterprise with agents and assistants natively running on SAP Commerce Cloud. This edition intentionally designed so companies can start small and grow over time Without re -platforming or ripping things apart, many customers begin with self-service, order visibility, invoices, account access. From there, they can expand into more advanced digital commerce, transactional buying, more complex pricing, quotes, returns, automation, and multi -site or multi-market scenarios. All of that happens on the same foundation with a clean core SaaS model and safe extensibility when differentiation is needed. You get value early, you scale at your own pace, and you stay upgrade safe. One last point that's easy to overlook, how it feels to run day-to-day. This addition includes a centralized cloud portal for teams with single sign-on, role-based access, and a simplified configuration experience. Key commerce settings are centralized, and many complex tasks are automated or hidden to reduce errors. The whole intent is to make digital commerce easier to launch, easier to operate, and easier to evolve. So if I bring it all together, SAP Commerce Cloud Cloud ERP Edition gives growing businesses a modern digital front door, tightly connected to SAP Cloud ERP with embedded AI and a clear path to scale without complexity.
