Introducing the Company Card Settings in SAP Concur

You use Company Card Settings to select global settings that determine the level of control your employees have over their company card transactions. To access Company Card, select Administration. Select Tools. Select Company Card. Select the Settings tab. The Settings page determines the level of control the employee will have over the behavior of the company card transactions. Transactions released to employees are specified by date range and are applied only to transactions that are imported from a configurable importer. You use the Employee section to allow users to delete company card transactions, edit the transaction date, and enable card charges. You can also allow them to view Level 3 data, view charges in Expense, and set the Transaction Release date range. You use the General Settings section to manage administrator notifications, allow the deletion of card accounts, identify travel agency fees, and whether you want to include the merchant name when naming a cash advance if no other descriptive data is available. You will use this setting only when your company is using Lodge or Diversion accounts. Selecting this setting will notify the credit card administrator when a transaction becomes orphaned. You use the Company Bill Statements section to allow Company Bill Statement users to submit statement reports within a defined statement period end date range, and to automatically itemize statement report transactions. You can also prompt your users for the copy-down of expense types from parent to itemized entries, allow employee expense type preference overrides, and automatically set the default business purpose. This concludes the demo. Thank you for watching.
