Maintaining External ID Mappings in SAP Sales/Service Cloud Version 2 for the Integration with SAP S/4HANA

In this video, we'll maintain external ID mappings using the organizational model as an example. The organizational model in the demo environment's cloud CRM looks like this. Since it has been created manually, we must maintain the external ID mappings so that it fits the organizational model in SAP S/4HANA, which looks like this. In SAP Sales and Service Cloud version two, go to Settings and select All Settings. Search for Mapping. Locate the external ID mapping within the integration card. Make sure you select the right ID mapping entry. First, select the S/4 system from the Communication System ID drop-down. Then, select the object. All objects of this demo can be found under Organizational Unit. Let's begin with the company. choose search to show the results as you can see the list includes all organizational units however we'll only map the company here use the pencil icon to enter the company's id from s for hana as the external id hit enter or click somewhere else to apply the value next select sales organization id from the drop down and update the list Enter the sales organization's external ID according to S/4. Repeat the search for the sales office ID and enter the corresponding external ID. Finally, repeat this for the sales group ID. Enter the external ID. That's it for the external ID mapping for the organizational model in our demo environment. Thank you.
