Managing Company Card Programs in SAP Concur

The Expense Payment Engine (EPE) generates payments to company card issuers based on the payment batches in Payment Manager. The Reimbursement Manager uses the Payment Manager card programs page to enter the data required to correctly remit payment to the card issuer. In the following example, you will see how to add a new card program using Expense Pay. To begin, from the SAP Concur home screen, select the Home menu. And then under Administration, select Tools. On the Tools menu, in the Payment Manager section, select Configure Batches. On the Configure Batches screen, select the Card Programs tab. You will see a list of all existing active and inactive card programs. To create a new card program, select New. On the Add New Card Program form, complete the required fields, indicated with a red bar. Note, the classic option is no longer in use. Select the Payment Provider checkbox to continue. Scroll down to continue. Depending on the program type selection, additional information might be required which can be obtained from your card provider. Complete the additional fields. Once you have completed all the required card program fields, select Save. You will see a message confirming that your card program has been successfully saved. Select OK. After the new card program has been added, if you want to modify the card program information or active status, select the card program. And then select Modify to open the card program form to make your changes. This concludes the video. Thank you for watching.
