Managing Outlook Emails and Attachments in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

The SAP Sales Cloud version 2 server-side integration allows you to share emails and save attachments right from your mailbox. Let's look at our sales rep, Edward Becker's mailbox. He has received an email from Maria. Here, you can get a quick overview of all the details. You can see that Maria has an account in SAP Sales Cloud. Choose to save the item. By default, the subject line from the email is copied. Select the checkbox to save the attachment to. This email is now saved to SAP Sales Cloud version 2. To save only the attachment to the contact, choose Attach. In the SAP system, search for Maria. You can see the attachment saved. From the navigation menu, choose email. This is the email Edward saved. You can also see the attachment here.
