Navigating the User Interface in SAP Sales Cloud

In this video, I'll walk you through the key features of SAP Sales Cloud. When a sales representative logs into the system, they will first see the home screen, which is accessible on both a mobile device and a tablet. On the left side, you will see the navigation menu, which you can collapse to get more space on the home screen. The right side of the user interface can be individually personalized. The implicit personalization of data set view consists of cards that have been pinned for a better overview of different data sets. On the user interface, you can click on your profile on the top right corner of your screen and select start personalization. The system opens a personalization mode side pane. Here you can drag and drop cards or even add some additional ones. Within the navigation menu you will find the different work centers listed. Each of the Work Centers will navigate to the different areas, and you can also expand most of the tabs to see which other areas are involved within the Work Center. As an example, sales representatives are mostly using different documents in the Sales Work Center. They can create leads, opportunities, sales quotes, and orders. A sales manager can use forecasts and pipeline reports to understand the deals they have in progress. A sales representative could create activities, accounts, and contacts. They can execute reports to better understand the products they are selling as well as the prices and discounts applied on those products. They can also plan visits and the routes to get to their visits for monitoring purposes. On the top of the screen you can see some buttons that help navigate within the system or to figure out some details like searching for certain data in the system. The search button is a free text type of search. The productivity icon shows recent data, tag favorites, and any data that has been flagged or frequently used products that you would like to tag and come back later to look at it again. The notification icon shows the updates to the account, tasks, or activities that are assigned to the account holder. A sales manager can see approval requests. For example, when a quotation is set for a large amount of money. Sometimes these quotations need a manager's approval. In the User Profile menu or Meet area, a business user can see the settings that have previously been set in the system. When you are facing an issue on the SAP Cloud system, use this drop-down menu to report the issue and get support. The Download tab includes links to download different add-ins like Microsoft Excel or mobile apps. In the Start Personalization tab, you can personalize your screen under the User menu by selecting Start Personalization from the User drop-down menu. The Share Your Ideas tab is a single central place for all product improvement request related activities. You can browse and submit improvement requests, comment, vote, receive updates, and browse who has voted. The About tab shows the product information page in Fiora Client. It provides you information about the product name and product version. The Help tab launches the Help Center, which includes a free text search. You find company-specific help information, as well as links to the SAP standard documentation, channels, and community in the Help Center.
