Processing a Purchase Request in SAP Concur

After a purchase request is created and approved, it will then go to the processor who will review the purchase request for completeness. As a Purchase Request Processor, you will review that required fields are complete, that exceptions are cleared, and review other details to ensure that the requester has properly filled out the request. To open a request, select the appropriate checkbox. Select the Actions drop-down menu. Select Open Request. Review all required fields. Use the links to view images, comments, audit trail, and approval flow for the purchase request. As a request processor, you can edit items and allocations, but you are not able to add items to the purchase request. Select Back to Previous screen. To approve the request, select the Actions drop-down menu. After reviewing the request, you can send back the request for corrections or approve it. Select Approve. Following the approval of the purchase request, the request is turned into one or more purchase orders. Each purchase order is generated from an item that makes up the parent request. This concludes the demo.
