Qualifying a Lead in SAP Sales Cloud

There are two ways to qualify leads, based on indexes, based using questionnaires, based on indexes. The person responsible for qualifying leads is not in direct contact with the business partner. Instead, the person collects information about the business partner and assigns a qualification level to the lead accordingly. Relevant information can include activities, sales orders, service orders, products purchased, and so on. Qualification is very much at the discretion of the person qualifying leads and their internal lead qualification process based using questionnaires. The person responsible for qualifying leads uses a questionnaire mainly by telephone to help formulate the correct questions when he or she calls the business partner. A questionnaire may also contain instructions as to how to qualify the lead. A questionnaire could also contain strict instructions to be followed by the person qualifying leads. Automatic qualification is also possible at the end of a questionnaire. That is, the system assigns a qualification level automatically by evaluating the responses to the question. You can make these settings in configuration of the fine-tuning activities under Settings for Leads.
