Reaching Out to SAP Business Network Support Team

Today, I am going to show you how to reach out to the SAP Business Network Support team as an Ariba Support team. For the best experience, we recommend logging into the Ariba Network and request support from the help icon on the homepage. This ensures access to all relevant support channels based on your account and query type.  Keep in mind that support channels are limited when not logged in. To request support without logging in, access supplier.ariba.com. Click on the question (?) mark icon at the top right corner. Select support from the right hand side panel. Click on support again above the disclaimer. Select "Get Support" and "Contact Support" in the upper left panel of the Help Center. Enter your query description under "How can we support you?" You will be provided with a  Guided Assistance flow that best matches your query. Select the following option that best suits your query. If the Guided Assistance responses are unable to resolve your request, click on the next step. If you don't find the solution under resources, please click on the next at the bottom of the section. Enter information in all fields marked with an asterisk and click next. As you were unable to log into the portal you will only see chat option. Please select the available option. If you are able to log into the portal you could receive multiple contact options. Complete all required information marked with an asterisk. Check mark I agree. Finally click submit. For reference, you can search the  knowledge base article 182284  directly in the Ariba Support portal. Thanks for watching this tutorial  and we hope it made things a little easier.
