Recalling and Deleting Cash Advances If you have requested a cash advance for a trip or business expense that you no longer need, you can recall it for edits or deletion. To recall or delete a cash advance from the SAP Concur home page, select the Home menu, and then select Expense. On the Manage Expenses screen, select Cash Advances. The active cash advances display. In this example, you will see how to recall a submitted cash advance for a trip to San Diego before it's been approved. Select the Trip to San Diego cash advance, and then select Recall. Select Yes to confirm that you want to recall the cash advance. The cash advance is recalled. To delete it from your Active Cash Advances, select the cash advance to open it. The cash advance Details display. To permanently remove this cash advance, select the Delete icon. Select Yes to confirm that you want to delete the cash advance. Your cash advance request has been deleted and no longer appears in your Active Cash Advances.
