Replicating Products from SAP S/4HANA to SAP Sales/Service Cloud Version 2

In this video, we'll replicate a product from SAP S/4HANA to SAP Sales and Service Cloud version 2. In SAP S/4HANA, open transaction DRFOUT. Open the value help for the replication model and select the previously configured one. Then open the value help for the outbound implementation and select the outbound implementation 194_3 for products. In this demo, we only want to send a single product as a smoke test. Hence, ensure that the replication mode is set to manual and define manual replication filter criteria. For this demo, we define the product based on its material ID. Alternatively, you can send multiple products by choosing a more generic filter. Please note that some of the filters are segment filters. That means they will not influence the sent products but influence their content. You could, for instance, use them to filter out all sales organizations from products that do not exist in the cloud CRM. In this demo, we'll continue with the ID, save the filter settings, and execute the replication. Once the replication is finished, the log is automatically displayed. Some entries provide a details view, where you can finally see the products that were selected based on the filter settings. If the replication was successful, you should now be able to find the product in SAP Sales and Service Cloud version 2. Open the navigation menu and search for the product's app. Here, we can see the replicated product. Use the icon next to the product name to view all its details in a new tab. The replicated data looks good. Congratulations! You have successfully replicated your first product.
