Requesting Updates for External Modular Questionnaires in SAP Ariba Supplier Management

In this video, you'll watch supplier manager Amy Chen request an update and change the recipient for an external modular questionnaire. Hi, I'm Amy. First, I'll navigate to the Questionnaires detail area of the supplier's profile. Next, I'll view the questionnaire for which I want to request an update. On the questionnaire details page, I'll choose Request Update. For an external questionnaire, I can leave the current recipient selected, select a different supplier contact, or add a new contact and choose them as the recipient. In this scenario, I'll select a different supplier contact. I'll enter an optional comment and choose Save. My request for an update has been sent to the recipient I selected. I'll choose Done to return to the supplier's profile. You've now learned how to request updates for external modular questionnaires. Thanks for watching.
