Reviewing Receipts in Expense Processor in SAP Concur

During this video, you will see how to use the Expense Processor feature to view attached receipts on an expense report. On the Expense application, select Process Reports. You can use the Expense Processor tool to perform several functions. In this demonstration, you will see how to review expense report receipts. Select Run Query. Select a report to open. You will see this icon (paper clip) if a user has attached a receipt for the expense. To view the receipt, place your mouse pointer over the icon. When you have finished reviewing the receipt details, select X to close the window. You can also view a summary of all required receipts and review all of the attached receipts in one view. Select Receipts. Select Receipts Required. If there are any outstanding receipts for this expense report, you will see them listed here. Use the View Receipts button to see which receipts (including mobile and e-receipts) are attached to this expense report. You can upload additional receipts and supporting documents using the Print or Attach Receipt Images buttons. Select View Receipts. The receipt images appear. Use the scroll bar to view all of the pages. Select X to close the window. Select Close. This concludes the video. Thank you for watching.
