Searching and Approving Reports in Expense Processor in SAP Concur

During this video, you will see how to use the Expense Processor feature to perform an expense report search, filter by group, and approve multiple reports. Select Processor. Select Process Reports. Select Run Query. Select Reports Ready for Processing. You can use the Find Every Report where fields to search for expense reports. Note that using these search fields will return all expense reports that match the search criteria, including those pending manager approval. Select an item to search by. Select how you want to search. Enter your search criteria. You can add an additional field to your search as needed. Select Go. Select Group. You will see a list of search results. You can also filter search results by group. Select the Group(s) to filter by. Select OK. To remove the group filter, select Group. Select Clear Selections. Select OK. Select an expense report. You can use the Mark Receipt Status button to change the receipt status from Not Received to Received and vice versa. This feature updates the status of physical paper receipts and not receipt images. You can use the Clear Exceptions button to clear any open exceptions on a selected expense report. This turns a yellow flag into a blue flag. Using this feature is optional and does not affect expense processing or reimbursement in any way. Select Change Approval Status. If all the selected expense reports follow the same workflow and are at the same step in the workflow, you can approve or return all of the reports simultaneously. Select Save to approve all selected reports. This concludes the demo.
