Setting up Self-Registration in SAP Concur

You use Company Settings to activate self-registration for travel booking. To access Company Settings, place your mouse pointer over Administration. Select Company Admin. Select Company Settings. Scroll down to view the self-registration settings. Enter the email address for the user that will receive a copy of the self-registration entries, the self -registration code, and which group the feature will apply to. If there is no specific group to which it applies, enter All. Once you have completed the information, select Save Changes for each field. You will now enable the settings and complete the header and footer content. Select Self-Registration Setup. Verify that the self-registration Option selections are correct and modify them as needed. The Account and Contact Information and Configuration Settings sections are read only. You can scroll down and modify the footer text as needed. To activate self-registration for a travel class, select the Travel Admin tab. Select Edit Classes. Select the Edit icon for the travel configuration you want to allow self-registration for. Select the Self-Reg checkbox. Select Save. Self-registration is now set up for the travel class. This concludes our demo. Thank you for watching.
