Setting up the Data Replication Framework in SAP S/4HANA for Business Partner Replication to SAP Sales/Service Cloud Version 2

In this video, we'll set up the data replication framework in SAP S/4HANA for business partner replication. In SAP S/4HANA, open transaction DRFIMG. Under Define Custom Settings for Data Replication, go to Define Technical Settings for Business Systems. Select your SAP Sales and Service Cloud version 2 system we created in an earlier demonstration and double-click on the next level in the menu, Define Business Systems and BOs. Create a new entry and select the business object type, or type it directly. 986 Business Partner Including Relationships. Press the Enter key so that the system updates the description. Then scroll to the right. Enable the system filter and set the output mode to Direct Output. Then select the row and double -click the next level in the menu structure. Define business systems, objects and communication channels. Create a new entry here and set the communication channel to Replication via Services. That's it for the business system-related settings. Save the configuration and select a transport request. Then navigate back to the customizing menu. Next, go to Define Replication Models. The replication model was also created earlier. Select the entry and double-click on the next level in the menu. Assign outbound implementation. Create a new entry and select the outbound implementation or type it directly, 986_3 Outbound Implementation for Business Partner and relationships via services. Enter a sequence number. Since we left this field blank for the product outbound implementation, you can enter 1 here. Then, select the row and double -click on the next level in the menu. Assign target systems for replication model and outbound implementation. Create a new entry and assign the Cloud CRM's business system that we have configured previously. Double-click on the next menu item. Assign outbound parameter. Create a new entry one more time. And select the outbound parameter, PACK_SIZE_BULK. This is the number of business partners that can be sent per message. Enter a number that suits your needs. For instance, 20. Save the changes and confirm the transport request. Lastly, navigate back to the dialog structure's route, the Define Replication Model screen. Ensure the replication model is still marked as active. Otherwise, activate it. That concludes the basic setup of the data replication framework for business partners.
