Setting Up the Home Page in SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

In this video, we're going to show you how to set up your homepage. After you log in, the first thing you see is the homepage, which includes a greeting card, tool cards, and application cards. Let's begin by changing the background image. As an admin, navigate to your Settings page and then select Homepage. Here you can either choose a Default image or update it with your own Custom image. Now let's enter Adaptation mode to rearrange, Hide, Edit, Create, and Delete cards. Use these arrows to rearrange your cards and hide them if you don't want them displayed. Use the pencil icon to edit your individual cards to make the necessary changes. Next, let's manage the entire My Cards section by clicking here. These are the cards that are displayed on the home page. Here you have the option to delete cards permanently. All your hidden cards are moved to this list, from where you can add them back whenever you want. To create your own cards, use this plus icon and then choose the type. Let's create a message card by adding one to the home page and then updating the details. Similarly, you can go to the same Create Card window and add Application cards. Once everything is done, end the adaptation session. Your home page is now ready.
