Setup Cloud Integration for Statement Upload - SAP Broker Reconciliation for Commodity Derivatives

Hello and welcome to the session about how to set up cloud integration workflow for broker statement upload for industry cloud app SAP Broker Reconciliation for commodity derivatives. In this video, you will learn how to configure and set up the standard SAP Cloud Integration workflow to upload clearing broker and trading broker statements to the app. These flows are delivered by SAP and can be used with our standards template. The template itself can be found in the integration suite. We start with your SAP broker reconciliation for commodity derivatives subaccount. First, we need to check if your user has the authorization to access the integration suite. Therefore, we click on Entitlements and search for Integration. You should be entitled to use the Integration Suite Service, not a trial version. When you have the entitlement, you need to check in the service marketplace if the integration suite is activated. If not, please activate it by clicking the Create button. After that, you can also check the roles for your user by navigating to Users. Search for your user, go to the role collection part of the overview screen and search for PI_ (underscore). There the roles for administrator, business expert, integration developer and the Read_Only role should be visible. After taking care of the authorizations you need to access the integration suite itself. From the instance and subscriptions menu you can start it. The only thing you need to do is to deploy the available workflow for broker statement upload. To do so, you need to navigate to the integrations part of the Discover section. Search for broker and select SAP Broker Reconciliation for Commodity Derivatives Integration with other systems for broker statement upload. In the Documents tab, you will find important files like the integration guide and the already mentioned spreadsheet templates for clearing broker statements and trading broker statements. They must be used and filled out to upload the data you want to reconcile. For using the workflow, click Copy and copy it. After that, it is available in your integration suite. To configure the IFlows, navigate to the Integration section of the Design Artifacts menu. Select the respective flow package, go to Artifacts, select all and click on Configure. In the Integration Guide, you will find all possibilities for how to configure the flows. The most important part is to configure the receiver of the email notification. Besides that, you can check on the mailover service configuration, the access token and the passing of clearing and trading broker statement. There you also define with which address you want to access the services to upload your broker statements. To finalize the configuration, click Deploy All. If you want to know which steps are performed in the flow itself, you can see it by navigating to the specific artifact. The whole URL for calling the API can be found in the Monitors Artifacts menu. Click on Integration and select the Manage Integration Content tile. From here, you can copy the URL. Finally, you need to set up the integration flows in your sub-account. To do so, you need to go back to the subaccount and create an instance of the process runtime integration in service marketplace for integration flow, just as like you did before for the integration suite itself. After that, you need to navigate to your instances and open the just created instance. In the tab Service key, you need to create a new key. At this key, you will find all the necessary credentials to call the APIs from outside the system. Now you are able to send the statements, templates to the respective APIs via any API platform. Thanks for watching and see you next time!
