Understanding Score Extensibility in SAP Marketing Cloud

In this video, you will learn about the extensibility options for Score Builder in SAP Marketing Cloud. These are the extensibility features and score builder enabling custom fields for usage and scores. Let's go through the details of these options. As a marketing expert, you can add your custom fields to create rules and score builder. Most of the work is done in the quality system, while importing the custom fields. To use them in marketing applications is on the production system side. Customers can create rules based on the vocabulary that uses custom fields, in addition to the standard fields delivered by SAP. On top of that, customers have flexibility to create scores based on custom fields and then use them in segmentation.
