Updating Invoice Capture Permissions in SAP Concur

Capture Processing allows a client to self-manage the preparation, processing, and verification of supplier emailed or locally uploaded invoices prior to submission as a payment request. The administrator reviews invoices for grouping, sequence, image quality, and presentation prior to processing and request creation. Once processing is complete, the administrator confirms the output by verifying the data and then submits the request to Invoice Workflow. Click Administration. Select Company Admin. Select Permission Administrator. Select the Invoice tab. To begin using Invoice Capture Processing, you must first assign the appropriate roles. In this example, you will assign roles by username. Enter the name or partial name of the user you want to search for. Select Search. Select Client Managed Capture Verifier. Select Add. Scroll down. Select Invoice AP User. Select Add. Select Save. The newly assigned user will need to log out and log back in to view the new role. This concludes the video. Thank you for watching.
