Updating S-user ID Email Address

Today, I'm going to show you how to update the email address linked to your S-user ID. The process is a little different depending on whether your S-user is already linked to an SAP Universal ID or not, but don't worry, I'll walk you through both scenarios. If your S-user is linked to an SAP Universal ID, You will need to take two simple steps. Step 1: Add your new email address, the one that you want to update, to your Universal ID. To do this, open the SAP Universal ID Account Manager and follow the steps in KBA 2882908: How to add an additional user or email address to the SAP Universal ID. Make sure the new email is verified. The step 2 is to contact your company's administrator to update your S-user email. Only Super or Cloud Administrators can make this change.  They will need to go into the User Management application and update the email address linked to your S-user ID. For guidance, they can follow KBA 1271545. You can find the administrators of your company by clicking in the User and Contacts tab in the right corner of your SAP for Me portal. After, you can click on My Important Contacts. The other scenario is if your S-user is not linked to an SAP Universal ID. Just skip the first step and go straight to your company's administrator. They can update your S-user email address using User Management application. A few important things to keep in mind are that: S-users can no longer update their own email addresses in SAP for Me. Only administrators can. Administrators also can't change their own email addresses. Another administrator will need to do it for them. SAP CIC Support can update addresses if there are active administrators within the organization. If something isn't working or you have questions, feel free to create a case under component XX-SER-FORME. Before you go, let's talk about email requirements.
