Updating Your Expense Profile in SAP Concur

Updating Your Expense Profile Using your Expense Profile, you can update information such as your personal information, contact information, and emergency contacts. You can add your expense delegates, view approvers for your expense reports, and add favorite attendees for your use in expense reports. To access your expense profile, from the SAP Concur home page, select the Profile icon, and then select Profile Settings. You will find the most common profile tasks on the Profile Options page. You can also use the menus on the left to select a setting to update. Use the Your Information section to review and update your personal information, company and contact information, and emergency contacts. You can verify your email addresses and add or update credit cards that will be available for purchases. In the Expense Settings section, update your expense information including your reimbursement currency and your cash advance balance. You can also add your bank information, including your routing and bank account numbers. Use the Expense Delegates link to add expense delegates that you can create, edit, and submit expense reports for you. Use Expense Preferences to define when you want to receive email notifications and sign up for Expense Assistant. You can also view your approvers for your expense reports, register for a company car, and add your favorite attendees from this option. In the Other Settings section, activate E-receipts, configure your system settings, and link your Concur account to available partners. You can also change your password, choose someone to handle travel approvals in your absence, and register your mobile devices. We highly recommend updating these options in your user profile before you begin creating and submitting your expense reports.
