Updating Your SAP Universal ID Primary Email Address

Today, I'm going to show you how to update your SAP Universal ID's primary email address.  This is done on the SAP Universal ID Account Manager. It is worth mentioning that you can only change the primary email address of your SAP Universal ID if the email address has been first linked to your SAP Universal ID, and has been successfully verified. In case you haven't yet, please follow the steps in KBA 2882908:  How to Add an Additional User or Email Address to your SAP Universal ID. So, if you need to update the primary email address of your SAP Universal ID due to some reasons, you can follow the simple steps. Log in to the SAP Universal ID Account Manager. In the Account Manager, click the Identities tab. From here, click on the Edit button. In the Universal ID Email drop-down, choose the email address you want to be your primary email. Once done, click Save. Your primary email should now be changed, and you can use it to log in to various SAP sites. Thank you for watching this tutorial video. We hope you found it helpful.
