Using the Expense Proxy Log on Feature in SAP Concur

You use the Expense Proxy Log -on feature to act as a proxy to perform tasks for either centralized data entry or helpdesk support. To access Expense Proxy Log-on, select the Profile Icon and click on Act as Another User. The available options depend on your assigned roles. Please select the An Administrator Proxy for Other Users option. Enter the name or partial name of the user you want to act as a proxy for. Select the appropriate user from the results. Select Switch. The profile icon turns green and displays the user you are now acting as a proxy for. You can create and submit expense reports and cash advance requests. You can also view, edit, delete, and print expense reports and modify a user's profile information. Note: An expense proxy cannot approve expense reports or payment requests, change passwords, view bank account information, or view details of personal cards and card charges. While acting as a proxy, we recommend that you only use the Expense Proxy Log on Roll to troubleshoot any expense issues the user is experiencing. To act as a proxy for another user, select the name of the user you are currently acting as a proxy for. Enter the name or partial name of the user you now want to act as a proxy for. Select the appropriate user. Select Switch. You are now acting as a proxy for another user. To stop acting on behalf of another user select the profile icon. Select Myself. Select Switch. You are no longer acting as a proxy and have returned to working for yourself. This concludes the demo thank you for watching
