Using the Mobile App in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

In this video, you will learn  how to use the SAP Mobile app,  powered by Sales Cloud Version 2,  to simplify the life of a sales rep.    When the sales rep logs into the mobile app,  he sees the homepage.  He can view all his upcoming activities,  opportunities he is working on,  leads assigned to him and more.  For a deeper look at his day's schedule,  he clicks 'Go to Calendar.'   The calendar opens in Map view,  which is his default setting.   He can choose to have it as either a day, week or map view.   As he zooms in, he sees that all his appointments are in one general area.   He taps on the first appointment  in the list to open the details.    He gets all the relevant insights,  such as the opportunity this meeting is about,  previous related meetings,  and any other relationship insights  that might help in the meeting.    He clicks on the meeting details   and gets an AI-generated pre-meeting brief  with recommended actions and insights about previous interactions and discussed products.  He can check the account timeline  to see the chronology of events up to date,  arming himself with relevant talking points.    Now, that he has all these insights,  he clicks on the opportunity.   He sees that the opportunity  is in the quotation phase.   By looking at the notes,  he gets a heads-up that the customer  was happy with the quote  and is ready to move to the next phase.    Satisfied with all this information,  he goes back to the calendar view  to navigate to the appointment.   The sales rep can choose his desired map provider  to get turn by turn navigation.     The meeting goes very well,  and the client is happy to move forward  with the deal.   The rep opens the opportunity  to move it to the next phase.   He progresses the opportunity  to the decision phase with a simple click.   Back on the calendar view,  he sets the meeting as completed.    It looks like his meeting concluded early  and he has some time on his hands.   He decides to meet another potential customer.    He has the option to easily find nearby accounts  and nearby prospects on his mobile app.    He chooses to see the details  of 'CBont Industries.'   He sees that this is a Gold-level customer  and they have a significant sales history  with his company.    He goes into the account details  and gets a quick AI summary of the account using the account synopsis feature.   He is presented with valuable details,  such as their business overview,  current challenges, competitive landscape,  and more.   There is also a text-to-speech button  that can quickly read out this information  for the sales rep on the go.    Armed with this information,  he quickly creates an appointment  to meet this customer.   This is how SAP Sales Cloud Version 2  makes selling easy for sales reps on the go!   Thank you for watching!
