Verifying Invoice Capture Data in SAP Concur

You use Invoice Capture Verification to review the captured data from the invoice prior to submitting the new payment request. To access capture verification, select the Invoice menu. Select Invoice Capture. Select Verification. The captured data from the invoice displays. Review the Vendor Information and Instructions, the Invoice Details, the Itemization Summary and the Invoice image. You can modify certain fields as needed. Select View Invoice Summary. The invoices are listed with their verification status. Select Close. You may need to correct items the OCR technology did not capture. You can unpin the image and use the magnification tools to help code the request. Highlight and drag the invoice information into the corresponding fields in the left pane as needed. Select the Actions drop-down arrow. You can reject, recover and pin the image to the request. Select Next. Select Submit when you have finished reviewing the invoice batch. Select Yes to confirm. The batch is submitted and a payment request is created. This concludes the video. Thank you for watching!
